Order approval before fulfillment

Signoff holds incoming orders as soon as one of your rules matches and emails the responsible approver a link to approve or reject. Only after approval does the order move to fulfillment.

Rules decide. Hold every order, or only those above a value or carrying a customer tag.
Approval by link. The approver decides from the email, or the merchant decides inside the app.
Full audit trail. Who decided what, when, and why.
